Hi, I'm Jennifer Ashley, LCSW  a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of NY.

I’ll work with you to gently guide you through the process of releasing old wounds and reconnecting with your wholeness.

Together, we’ll gently explore the root causes of what’s keeping you stuck and create a personalized plan that supports your healing and goals. We’ll work to transform patterns that no longer serve you, heal the pain of the past, and create space for meaningful growth, lasting change, and a life that feels true to who you really are.
