What is EMDR therapy?

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidenced based therapy that is proven to help people work towards recovery from PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and other mental health related disorders.

Through use of Bi-lateral Stimulation, EMDR helps individuals process and  reduce the negative impacts of past experiences. 

Walk-Talk Therapy

This type of therapy is offered as an add-on to traditional talk therapy. For some, sitting across from a therapist can feel intimidating/overwhelming, during walk-talk therapy, client and therapist will meet in a comfortable outdoor location and walk alongside one another for sessions. Spending time in nature can be a powerful antidote to the stress of modern living.

Insurance Accepted

At this time I am accepting select insurance plans. If you are planning on utilizing your insurance benefits for therapy, I will work with you to verify your insurance benefits. You are also encouraged to call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your member representative what your mental health outpatient, office visit benefits are.
