EMDR Therapy
Transform old patterns through EMDR and create space for lasting change.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful form of therapy that uses bilateral stimulation—such as eye movements, taps, or sounds—to activate the brain and body’s natural healing processes.
This approach helps uncover and address the root causes of emotional distress by targeting the underlying belief systems that often keep us stuck.
Our minds and bodies already hold the wisdom we need to heal—we simply need to relearn how to listen. EMDR can support that process by helping us work through emotional blocks and get to the core of what’s really going on.
What is EMDR Therapy
Walk-Talk Therapy
Spending time in nature has been shown to be a powerful antidote to the stress and pace of modern life. When combined with therapeutic work, it can help clients feel more grounded, open, and connected—both to themselves and the world around them.
Client and therapist meet in a comfortable outdoor setting and walk side-by-side, allowing for a more relaxed and natural flow of conversation.
