TURNING INWARD DAY RETREAT

I created this retreat for those who want to  cultivate peace and time for self reflection

This retreat is going to be transformational, empowering, relaxing, rejuvenating and provide a chance to recommit to learning to honor yourself.

I want us to build a tight community of like-minded warriors who are committed to working on our mental health and wellness.

Cost:$120 for the day.

What the day includes: slow flow morning yoga and meditation, teaching on learning to turning inwards,  lunch and sound healing.

Add on: 30min massage $45
